Dr Stéphane Grès. Associated researcher at the COSTECH Laboratory from the University of Technology of Compiègne (France) and member of UTEAM group, is the creator of the Association for Research in System Technology and Methodology which he founded in 2013. ARTSEM supported by CNES (French national space agency) stems from an advanced fundamental research joining Human and Engineering Sciences in the fields of cooperation and technological safety.
The objective of the founder is to contribute to the design of autonomous adaptive and safe spatial systems for manned exploration missions in the solar system.

Doctor in cognitive technologies, management of innovation and complex systems of the University of Technology of Compiègne and graduate from the IAE Sorbonne-Paris in information Systems, he has lectured courses in the field of “cooperation, risks and safety in technologies” at the Engineering school University of Technology of Compiègne (UTC), Advanced school of organic and mineral chemistry (ESCOM), CESI engineering school and supervise the research work of more than 65 students at the “Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers” de Paris within the framework of Master’s degree in project management and organization. Since 1995, he has developed a specific cognitive approach for enhancing quality and safety in network-type organizations.
